1. How safe using Currency Exchange Corporation for Home Delivery?
Established in 1999, Currency Exchange Corporation is one of London’s leading foreign money providers, with over 32 branches in and around greater London. 2. How secure is your online system?
All customer information is authenticated before being sent to a secure computer server. The encryption process takes the characters you enter on your PC and converts them into codes that is then securely transmitted via the Internet. Only the a secure server can read this data. We then run a data integrity test to ensure that any data sent has been transferred successfully and has not been tampered with. Our processes ensure that any personal information remains personal. This guarantee only applies to credit / debit card purchases made using the CEC LTD secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit / debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with their own rules and procedures.
3. How much can I order online (Min/Max)?
All home delivery orders are subject to a minimum order value of £250.00 and maximum value of £2,500 per person per day. FREE Delivery on all orders Over £750.
4. Why is the payment verification screen not appearing?
This could be because your browser is set to not allow pop-ups. Try adjusting your browser settings to allow pop-ups, or close your browser window and try again. It might also be because the banking service we’re trying to connect to is busy. Please try again, as they’re not usually busy for long.
5. Why won’t my order process?
There could be an issue with your payment card or the details that you entered when you placed your order. Your card issuer will be able to tell you if there’s a problem with your transaction.
6. Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email?
Sometimes your order will be in a queue for processing, which can hold up the confirmation e-mail. Sometimes emails can take up to three hours to be issued and delivered. Check your junk email folder in case your confirmation email is there.
7. What are the Debit/Credit Fees and charges?
You will not be charged a card handling fee by us if you choose to pay by Maestro, MasterCard® Debit Card or Visa Debit Card. However If you choose to pay by MasterCard Credit Card or Visa Credit Card, a handling fee of 2.00 % of the order value will be applied. This is not shown on your order summary; you will separate receive a payment confirmation receipt from Barclaycard directly for total amount that as ware debited. Please note: your card issuer may apply an additional charge when using your credit card. Any additional charge will not appear on your order total but will appear on your card statement.
8. How is my order delivered?
All Currency orders despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will be required on delivery of all orders. Also please be advised that it is your responsibility to be available to sign and accept delivery of your order. We will not accept any liability for fraudulent acts committed by a third party. You must not accept any packages which appear to have been tampered with or damaged during transit by Royal Mail. If you sign for a package which has been damaged or tampered with, we cannot accept responsibility for any financial loss. We will not be liable for any losses or expenses arising from late or non-delivery. If Royal Mail fails to deliver an order, a full refund may only be granted after 10 working days since despatch.

. When will I receive my order?

If you choose to place an order for delivery to your home, you can select a specific working day for delivery up to 30 days in advance of this delivery date. Please note that Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed.

10. What time will my delivery arrive?
It will be delivered anytime between 8am to 1pm on your selected delivery date.
11. Can I change the date of delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to change the date of delivery once an order has been placed.
12. Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Unfortunately this is not possible. All orders have to be delivered to the billing address of the card used for payment and it must be a residential address
13. Can I pay using my company/somebody else’s credit/debit card?
The service we provide is intended for personal use only. We send all orders to a residential address, which must be the billing address of the card used for payment.
14. I am having problems paying. What are the possible causes?
We accept payment via card if the address we hold matches the address the card is registered to. If the address is different, the payment will be voided and the order will not be completed. If you are using a credit card, the transaction is classed as a cash advance transaction, and your credit card company or bank may see this as you making a cash withdrawal. This can be seen as unusual activity on your account and the fraud protection your Credit Card Company offer will be blocking the transaction. To resolve this problem please contact your card provider.
15. How do I make a bank transfer?
You can make a bank transfer through online banking, telephone banking or in your branch. If you are unsure how to do this, please contact your bank and they will be able to explain the process. Our bank details are included on your Order Acknowledgement email.
16. Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order is complete, you can no longer cancel your order..
